Do you charge for downloads?

Never. Storage is one flat price — download your files as often as you like, with no per-gigabyte fees.

What's the difference between Transfer and Storage?

Transfer sends a file that expires. Storage keeps the files you deliberately choose, privately. Sending a file never stores it — you keep only what you choose.

Are the tools really free?

Yes. The PDF tools are free and unlimited in your browser, no account needed. The OCR readers are free too — up to 5 a day (20 signed in); Pro lifts that cap and adds spreadsheet export and batch. We don't paywall the basics.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly or annual, cancel in a click, keep access to the end of the period. 14-day refund if a paid plan doesn't earn its keep.
