No two-a-day wall
Most free PDF sites cap you at a couple of tasks a day. Here the core tools are unlimited, no account needed.
Never stamped
No watermark on your output, ever. The result is yours, clean, on the free tier too.
How it works
Unlock PDF strips owner restrictions, and decrypt opens a password-protected PDF when you supply the password; adding a new password uses AES-256.
When to use it. Use it to remove an owner restriction that blocks printing, copying or editing on a file you are allowed to use, or to open a password-protected PDF when you already have the password. Stripping the restriction once means the document behaves normally in every reader afterwards.
Limits. You can only decrypt a PDF you have the password for. Adding a password is a Pro feature.
